We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Support Manager to lead and manage a customer support team focused on customer retention, relationship management, reference generation, and reference-based sales. The role requires strong leadership, process orientation, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

*Roles and Responsibilities*

Manage, mentor, and lead the customer support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn

Drive reference generation from satisfied customers and convert references into successful sales opportunities

Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of retention and reference sales KPIs

Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers

Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer data and interactions in the CRM system

Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams for smooth reference conversion and customer engagement

Prepare and share regular reports on retention metrics, reference generation, and team performance

Conduct regular training and performance reviews to improve team productivity and service quality
