Admission Counsellor

Location: Jasola

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year (in counselling, sales, or education industry preferred)

• Engage with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online enquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure.
• Counsel students to help them choose the right academic programs based on their interests and qualifications.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with enquiries to ensure conversions.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and update student data in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Participate in admission drives, events, webinars, or outreach activities as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally.
