Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students to understand their academic aspirations and guide them in selecting suitable university programs.
  • Provide personalised counselling via phone, email, or in-person sessions.
  • Support students throughout the admissions process from inquiry to enrolment.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly student engagement and conversion targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve outreach and student satisfaction.
