Job Summary

We re looking for 5-8 years of experienced Admin Executive, who would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves managing office resources, supervising administrative staff, implementing policies, and supporting senior management with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative staff
  • Manage attendance, office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies
  • Ensure efficient use of office resources and maintain workplace facilities
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Handle facility management, including maintenance and safety compliance
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in administrative or office management roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
