Job Summary:The Sales Manager – C&D will be responsible for driving sales of recycled construction materials derived from Construction & Demolition (C&D) waste. The role involves developing business opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and government bodies, and promoting sustainable construction solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote recycled C&D products such as aggregates, sand, blocks, and other construction materials.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and government authorities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support.
Key Requirements:- Education: Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: 5–10 years in sales (preferably in construction materials, recycling industry)
- Strong understanding of construction industry and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in selling recycled or sustainable construction products.
- Knowledge of C&D waste management processes.
- Strong network within construction and infrastructure sector.
