Job Description – Senior Sales Engineer (Smart Parking Systems)

Position: Sr. Sales Engineer – Smart Parking Solutions (Male Candidates)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Pune or Mumbai Region (with site visits as required)

Role Type: Full-Time

As we expand our footprint in the smart infrastructure space, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth across the Pune and Mumbai regions.

Role Overview : The Sr. Sales Engineer will be responsible for executing sales strategies, generating leads, and managing client relationships for smart parking systems. The role involves working closely with technical and project teams to deliver customized and efficient parking solutions based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities • Execute regional sales plans for smart parking solutions across Pune & Mumbai markets. • Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate, commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, and infrastructure projects. • Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, PMC firms, and contractors. • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automated parking solutions. • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, layouts coordination, BOQs, and quotations. • Manage the sales process from lead generation to order closure. • Take complete ownership of leads from generation to final closure • Drive strong follow-ups, negotiations, and ensure timely deal closures • Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams for project delivery. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the smart parking/automation space. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain client database and update sales activities in CRM systems. • Support management in key account handling and large project discussions.

Requirements • B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering • 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development in smart parking systems, elevators/lifts, automation systems, or similar industries • Candidates from elevator/lift industry will be preferred • Good understanding of technical solution-based selling • Experience working with builders, developers, architects, or project-based sales • Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills • Ability to understand technical drawings/layouts is an advantage • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
