Job Description

Job Title: Admin & Accounts Executive

Location: Kochi / Bangalore

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Qualification: Diploma / BBM / BBA

Notice Period: 0–15 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Accounts Executive to handle administrative tasks along with basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries and maintain records
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Assist in GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Support in monthly financial closing

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and handle procurement of office supplies
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Assist in employee onboarding documentation
  • Handle travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of GST and compliance
  • Ability to handle both admin and accounts tasks
