Your Role: Account Executive & Admin
We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Accounts Executive to join our team in Udupi. You will oversee all accounting functions, statutory compliances, and internal controls. Your strategic insight will drive financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities as Account Executive:
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
- Oversee internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance audits.
- Act as the primary liaison between Ordrio and the external Chartered Accountant (CA) for financial audits, filings, and regulatory submissions.
Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Filings:
- Manage and ensure compliance for GST, TDS and other statutory obligations.
- Handle preparation and filing of tax returns and statutory reports.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities as Admin :
- Manage day‑to‑day office administration and provide overall operational support.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners for office‑related requirements.
- Ensure the office is maintained in a functional and ready state on a daily basis.
- Handle office supplies, asset tracking, and inventory management.
- Maintain and organize administrative records, files, and documentation.
- Provide coordination and logistical support to internal teams as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related fields. (M.Com/CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred.
- 1+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, accounting standards, and statutory compliances.
- Proven ability to coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CA).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to commute/relocate to Udupi, Karnataka.
