Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism when handling confidential employee data.
  • Communicate effectively through strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide organizational and coordination support across HR functions.
  • Deliver high-quality service with a strong customer-focused approach toward employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Take initiative and work proactively without constant direction, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability.
  • Utilize MS Office tools, especially Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work with SAP ECC or other ERPs (preferred) for employee data processing and HR operations.
  • Support Employee Relations activities and help resolve workplace concerns professionally.
  • Apply knowledge of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations in daily tasks.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to HR leadership.
  • Use reporting tools to enhance data accuracy, clarity, and decision-making support.
