Our work sits at the intersection of branding, content, PR, memes, moment marketing, pop culture, and brand relevance.

We're looking for Account Management professionals who understand how the internet moves and can drive campaigns from brief to execution. Whether your experience lies in managing always-on retainers or fast-paced project-based campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage campaigns from brief to execution across platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) between clients and internal teams.
  • Translate briefs and feedback into actionable next steps for creative, design, and content teams.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign workflows.
  • Ensure quality control across all assets and deliverables before they reach clients.
  • Support planning for moment marketing, content drops, brand collaborations, and culture-led campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, emerging formats, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time with strong communication and operational rigor.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, brand management, project management, or agency servicing roles.
  • Experience working on social media, content-led, influencer, digital, or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, social media trends, and digital-first brands.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
