The corporate buyer placing an order for 500 customised journals doesn't care whether the customisation team is behind or the packaging shipment is delayed. They care that the gifts arrive on the day they promised their CEO.

About This Role

This is an account management role with operations sitting at its core.

The B2B Sales Head closes the deal. You honour it. From the moment a corporate buyer signs off on a 200-unit order to the moment the gifts reach their HR team, you own the relationship — and you own the internal coordination across Customisation, Packaging, Dispatch, and CX.

You will be the calm voice externally. You will be the persistent ping internally.

We are not looking for a deal closer. We are not looking for a senior key account manager. We are looking for someone who treats logistics as relationship work, and who can hold a corporate buyer's confidence while keeping the team behind them moving.

What You'll Own

Post-sale relationship management with all corporate accounts

Internal coordination across Customisation, Packaging, Dispatch, and Customer Experience

Order tracking and proactive client updates

Repeat order and upsell pickup — you'll catch the next order before it slips

CRM hygiene and account documentation

Daily standup with the B2B Sales Head on what's stuck and what's moving

What We're Looking For

2–4 years in B2B account management, corporate gifting client servicing, key accounts at a consumer brand, hospitality client servicing, or premium concierge

Strong organisational instinct — you're the person inside the company who knows where every order is

Comfort being the ping me when this is behind person internally, without making teammates feel chased

Operationally credible — you can walk into the customisation team and have a useful conversation about timelines

Personality: relationship-oriented externally, persistent internally

Delhi/NCR based

Not for you if

Your background is B2B SaaS account management (wrong context — our orders are physical product), or pure inside-sales hunting (wrong wiring — this is post-sale), or you're a senior key account manager looking for the next big seat. This is a hands-on coordination role.
