Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager – SMB Sales to manage and grow relationships with small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients. This role requires a strong consultative approach, focusing on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. The Account Manager will also manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with SMB customers, serving as a trusted business advisor and primary point of contact.
- Understand customer requirements, identify business challenges, and recommend tailored Apple and technology solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive account management, including upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation, closure, and post-sales engagement.
- Collaborate with internal sales, pre-sales, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position products and services.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports, providing actionable insights to management.
- Adhere to company sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in SMB account management, consultative selling, or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience working with SMB clients, with an understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
