Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a full-time Account Manager position. This on-site role is based in the Pune Division. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales and revenue targets while coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Proactive engagement with clients, preparation of reports, and handling escalations are key tasks associated with this role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management and client interaction
- Knowledge and experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Proficiency in team coordination, project management, and conflict resolution
- Analytical skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the automotive or metals industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work on-site and travel as required for client engagement
