Role Overview
We are looking for a Detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join the Exxat team. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Manager to support academic and site partners, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and effective use of the platform.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in providing accurate data insights to strengthen client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (60%)
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client satisfaction
Account Health & Maintenance
- Monitor account health and platform usage proactively
- Identify potential risks early and implement corrective actions
Renewal Management
- Support contract renewal processes, including:
- Initial client outreach
- Tracking renewal status (renewed vs. at-risk)
- Maintaining accurate renewal trackers
Rotation Readiness
- Ensure clients are rotation-ready and effectively utilizing the product
- Track usage to improve adoption and outcomes
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate client records in Monday.com
- Track project status, communication history, and key milestones
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Issue Resolution
- Address client concerns promptly
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for timely resolution
Sales Analytics (40%)
Performance Reporting
- Generate and analyze account performance metrics
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities based on TAM analysis
Data Analysis & Forecasting
- Support sales forecasting and pipeline management using data insights
Dashboard Development
- Build and maintain client-specific dashboards and reporting tools
Market Intelligence
- Collect and analyze market and account data to support strategic planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree in Sales, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
- 13 years of experience in Account Management, Sales Support, or Client Services
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and project management tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional communication
