Position: Inside Sales Specialist/Account Executive US Outbound

Location: Remote (India-based, supporting US market)

Key Responsibilities

  • Full sales cycle ownership: Prospecting, qualification, discovery calls, demos, nurturing, relationship expansion, and deal closure.
  • Drive outbound sales initiatives targeted at clients in the US market.
  • Generate a consistent sales pipeline through strategic outbound campaigns, personalized outreach, and multi-channel engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align on territory plans and messaging strategy.
  • Present solutions that match client pain points, tailored to different buyer personas.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events and virtual/in-person meetings to expand Convin's visibility and influence.
  • Act as a thought partner to prospects by providing insights on conversation intelligence trends and Convin's differentiators.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 26 years of outbound sales experience, ideally within a SaaS organization.
  • Mandatory experience in US outbound salesunderstanding of time zones, buyer behavior, and outreach strategy specific to the US market.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales motion, especially from the ground upmust have worked in early-stage sales functions.
  • Experience as a founding AE or in a startup environment is highly preferred; understands how to scale outbound from scratch.
  • Proven success in strategic lead generation and outbound pipeline building.
  • Ability to engage and influence VP- and C-level decision makers.
  • Proficiency in using sales and productivity tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Reply.io, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Bonus If You:

  • Have worked in a conversation intelligence, sales enablement, or sales tech company.
  • Are familiar with frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Selling.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and can adapt quickly.
