Job Title: Digital Account Director

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Account Director to lead its digital vertical, drive strategic client partnerships, and spearhead new business growth. This role requires a strong blend of digital expertise, leadership capability, and a sharp eye for identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital wing, ensuring high-quality delivery across social, performance, content, and integrated campaigns
- Own key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and driving long-term account growth
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Drive new business development – from identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, to leading pitch presentations
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver impactful brand solutions
- Monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize for ROI and KPIs
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital team
- Ensure seamless execution across projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in digital/advertising agencies
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (social media, performance marketing, SEO, content, analytics)
- Proven track record in client servicing, team leadership, and business development
- Experience in managing large accounts and working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale a digital function
