Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead integrated marketing initiatives across channels and regions. This leadership role will own end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance, driving brand growth, pipeline generation, and revenue impact.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader with deep expertise across digital marketing, inbound and outbound programs, demand generation, events, PR, social media, and agency management. You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that strengthen market presence and customer engagement across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Lead cohesive campaigns across digital, offline, and traditional channels
• Partner with sales to design customer-centric initiatives that drive qualified leads and conversions
Digital Marketing
• Oversee digital marketing across PPC, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
• Manage paid media campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and relevant B2B platforms
• Use analytics and performance data to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness
Inbound & Outbound Marketing
• Design inbound programs including content marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
• Lead outbound initiatives such as targeted outreach, email campaigns, and direct marketing
• Align inbound and outbound efforts to accelerate pipeline growth
Lead Generation & Demand Generation
• Own the full lead generation funnel from awareness to conversion
• Develop scalable demand generation campaigns delivering sales-qualified leads
• Collaborate with sales on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key accounts
Event Management & Public Relations
• Plan and manage corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences
• Work with PR teams and agencies to secure media coverage and thought leadership
• Drive creation of press releases, case studies, announcements, and media assets
Social Media Strategy
• Define and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and relevant platforms
• Build engagement through consistent messaging and community interaction
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to enhance brand presence
Agency Management & Vendor Collaboration
• Serve as the primary contact for external agencies (creative, PR, digital, events)
• Manage performance, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure alignment of agency outputs with brand and business goals
Marketing Collateral & Content Development
• Oversee development of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, and website content
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and strong value proposition messaging
• Collaborate with product and customer teams for compelling storytelling
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team for high performance
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams
• Act as a key stakeholder in business planning and go-to-market initiatives
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
• Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Define KPIs, measure effectiveness, and report ROI to leadership
• Continuously optimize strategies using data-driven insights
Experience and Qualifications
Required Experience
• 8+ years of marketing experience with strong exposure to digital, events, PR, and lead generation
• Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
Marketing & Technical Expertise
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement
Leadership & Execution
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Strong project management and vendor management capabilities
Preferred / Good to Have
• Experience in B2B marketing, especially in SaaS or technology sectors
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks
• Proficiency with content and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing platforms

Education
