Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor will engage with prospective students, providing guidance and support on course selection and career pathways. The role involves understanding student aspirations and helping them align with suitable training programs. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong communication with students to ensure they achieve their academic and career goals. The counselor will also collaborate with trainers and placement teams to deliver a comprehensive educational experience.

Qualifications

  • should've experience in counseling of Skill based short term course's like Java, python, Data Science, Digital Marketing etc.
  • Skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to support and mentor students effectively.
  • Proficient in Career Counseling and Education to guide students on appropriate career and academic pathways.
  • Strong Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and internal teams clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment.
  • Prior experience in IT/Software counseling is preferred.
