About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Career Counselors with domain
expertise in specific academic streams such as Engineering, Medicine Allied, Life Sciences, Pharmacy,
Nursing, Law, CUET, and UG Degree Programs (B.Sc/B.Com/B.A.). This hybrid role
combines student counseling with content development, offering an impactful opportunity
to guide students and shape their academic journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling
- Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions for students seeking guidance in
your subject domain.
- Help students understand course options, entrance exams, colleges, and career
pathways.
- Address queries around application processes, eligibility criteria, and career
outcomes.
- Engage with students via phone, email, webinars, workshops, and offline events.
Content Development
- Create domain-specific content such as:
- Articles, blogs, FAQs, and guides.
- Counseling scripts and student-facing resources.
- Social media posts or videos that simplify complex information.
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure accuracy and quality of
- published materials.
Who Can Apply Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in your subject domain (e.g., BAMS, BHMS, BPT, B.Sc Life
Sciences, B.Pharm, B.Com, B.A, LLB, etc.).
- Experience: Prior experience in counseling, teaching, mentoring, or academic writing
is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of domain-specific career options and entrance exams
(CUET, NEET, CLAT, etc.).
- Ability to simplify and explain complex academic concepts to students and
parents.
