CTC- 3.5-7.5 LPA + Performance Based Incentives
Night Shift- 3pm-12am OR 10pm-7am
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Min. 1 year experience in Edtech Sales (Preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable with night shifts
- Must own a Laptop or a device for work
Responsibilities:
- Counsel parents on online learning programs for kids (US market)
- Handle leads via calls, WhatsApp, SMS & emails
- Explain curriculum & convert inquiries into enrolments
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM & build strong customer relationships
