Key responsibilities
Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings
to explain BrightChamps programs.
Understand the child's current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and
outcomes.
Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a
performance-driven environment.
Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for
enrolled students.
Work schedule & Requirements
Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business
requirement).
Shift timing: US Shift 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift).
Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore
Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.
Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role.
Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
