Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will guide students through their educational and career pathways by providing personalized counseling and advice. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one sessions, evaluating academic goals, exploring career opportunities, and ensuring students receive the resources and support needed for success.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills

Experience in Career Counseling and Education-oriented guidance

Strong Communication skills for effectively communicating with students, parents, and other stakeholders

Ability to empathize with students and customize guidance based on individual needs

Relevant qualifications in Counseling, Education, or a related field are preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Min 1 year experience in Sales

Salary: Upto 7 LPA + 1.5 Lakhs Incentives

Location: N Block, Sector 125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Strictly seeking NCR/Noida candidates

Excellent English communication skill.

Shift Timing: 9AM-6PM

6 days working, Sunday will be fixed off.
