Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will guide students in identifying suitable academic and career pathways. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized counseling to students, assisting with university and program selection, offering career advice, and ensuring students are fully supported throughout the study abroad process. The counselor will also communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions to address inquiries and provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and institutions
• Experience in Career Counseling and Education planning
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage inquiries and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
