Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will guide students in academic planning, provide career counseling, and support students in achieving their educational objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, advising students on course selections, and assisting with academic and career planning tailored to individual goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Career Counseling and providing education guidance
- Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential
- Prior experience in educational institutions or similar roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
