Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing both bulk hiring and lateral hiring mandates across diverse functions. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilitie

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both high-volume hiring and lateral hiring requirements
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate assessment, feedback and offer management
• Utilize ATS effectively to maintain candidate records, track hiring metrics, and generate recruitment reports
• Drive recruitment process improvements and implement best practices to enhance hiring efficiency
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios

Required Qualificatio

• Bachelor's /master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both bulk hiring and lateral hiring
• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platform
• Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS
• Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skill
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilitie
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualification

• Prior experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team
