Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Build relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions using building materials.
  • Create specifications for architectural designs based on client requirements.
  • Identify potential customers needs and pitch products accordingly.
  • Meet sales targets by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in BDM (Business Development Management) role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or related field.
