Role Summary:
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational growth targets.
What You'll Do:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and digital platforms.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
4. Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions/services.
5. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, product) for successful execution.
8. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales data and pipeline status.
9. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
10. Track market trends and provide strategic insights for business growth.

6. Experience in handling international clients or markets
