Job Summary:
A results-oriented Business Development professional responsible for driving growth initiatives in India, generating leads, and securing clients from Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This position demands a strategic thinker with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the Indian market, enterprise sales environment, and staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development efforts to expand technology and staffing services across India, focusing on direct clients including GCCs.
- Identify, generate, qualify, and convert quality leads from GCCs to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build, foster, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and clients in the staffing and enterprise segments.
- Work with the hiring teams to fulfill client staffing needs effectively and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated with staffing industry trends, enterprise needs, and GCC market dynamics.
- Support and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
- Participate and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Mentor junior business development and sales team members when necessary to enhance team performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of proven experience in business development, with significant exposure to GCC business acquisition in India.
- Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management capabilities focused on GCCs.
- Experience in selling IT staffing services to GCCs in India required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
