We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert high-value business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities-
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT contract staffing services.
- Drive lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and client engagement to build business pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation and closure of staffing contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support recurring business.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful and timely fulfillment.
- Track market trends and competitor insights to strengthen business opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills-
- Experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Lead generation & client acquisition expertise
- Strategic planning & customer relationship management
- Proven target achievement in past roles
Preferred Skills-
- Experience working with ATS/CRM or sales automation tools
- Exposure to large enterprise or MSP clients
