Change Request Management: Handle complex change requests efficiently.
PeopleSoft Tools: Utilize PeopleCode, SQR, and PS Query for development and maintenance tasks.
Query Development: Develop and maintain low to medium complexity queries.
Log File Interpretation: Read and interpret log files to troubleshoot issues.
Source Code Analysis: Read and interpret source code for debugging and enhancements.
Design Reviews: Participate in functional specification and technical design reviews, providing feedback and recommendations.
Case Documentation: Provide appropriate case closure documentation.
Incident Management: Recognize incident trends through root cause analysis and enable permanent resolution.
Linux Navigation: Use command prompt and commands to navigate Linux directories.
