Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Translate functional requirements into PeopleSoft technical designs.
Design and deliver technical solutions related to PeopleSoft configuration or technical architecture.
Provide PeopleSoft application administration, support, and maintenance across multiple PeopleSoft environments.
Perform level-2 support and troubleshoot application/interface issues.
Resolve complex application and interface problems.
Provide input and advice on PeopleSoft capabilities and functions to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, staying informed about their developments.
Execute day-to-day operational support within PeopleSoft, including administration.
Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
