- PeopleSoft/Oracle HCM Support: Provide support for PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefit modules.
- SQL Development: Write medium to complex SQL queries, including join, insert, and delete statements.
- Change Request Management: Handle complex change requests efficiently.
- PeopleSoft Tools: Utilize PeopleCode, SQR, and PS Query for development and maintenance tasks.
- Query Development: Develop and maintain low to medium complexity queries.
- Log File Interpretation: Read and interpret log files to troubleshoot issues.
- Source Code Analysis: Read and interpret source code for debugging and enhancements.
- Design Reviews: Participate in functional specification and technical design reviews, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Case Documentation: Provide appropriate case closure documentation.
- Incident Management: Recognize incident trends through root cause analysis and enable permanent resolution.
- Linux Navigation: Use command prompt and commands to navigate Linux directories.
- User Guidance: Provide guidance to end users on the use of applications.
- Quality Assurance: Work with the Quality Engineering Team to ensure completion of regression testing and load testing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional groups on proprietary application software support and act as a super user in the role of functional analyst.
