Role & responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Preferred candidate profile
- Exposure to business intelligence & cloud technologies, concepts, architectures and methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Good to have exposure to the Onsite/Offshore delivery model.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
