What Youll Do

As a US IT Recruiter at LevelShift, you will:

Your Skillset

1+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment handling technical requirements.
Strong experience in sourcing, screening, cold calling, and managing end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsmust be confident and articulate.
Strong attitude, professionalism, and ability to work under timelines in a high-paced environment.
Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment automation tools.
