SPAR Information Systems is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior US IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and should be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. We are looking for someone who understands the US IT staffing ecosystem, has strong expertise in W2 and C2C recruiting, and can confidently recruit across a broad range of technology skill sets.

Job Summary

As a Senior US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing IT professionals across various technical disciplines. You should be comfortable working independently on multiple requirements, understanding complex technical job descriptions, and delivering high-quality candidates within client timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of US IT Staffing / Technical Recruiting experience.
• Strong experience recruiting for a wide range of technical positions.
• Proven expertise in W2 and C2C recruiting.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical job functions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
