We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various IT roles for our US clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US-based positions.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
