- We are looking for a full-time Senior US IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in the entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, and salary/rate negotiation.
- This is a 100% Individual contribution role.
- Should have strong experience in W2.

- Manage a variety of job requirements from US-based clients.
- Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates
- Source candidates from various Job Portals.
- Evaluate candidates for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications.
- Conduct preliminary screening, shortlist the right qualitative profile against the given requirement, and negotiate rate/salary.
- Coordinating with the Hiring Managers to schedule interviews, know the feedback of the candidates, and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
- Closing the positions within the stipulated time and following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
- Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
- Understand the client requirements and map relevant targets.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team
- Stay abreast of technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current I.T. trends.
- Good to have Salesforce Recruiting Experience.
- The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and people skills.
- Must be initiative-taking and must possess a good attitude.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
- Candidates must clearly understand benefits, compensation, U.S. Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, U.S. Citizen, G.C., OPT, CPT, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in I.T. is preferred; however, the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Must have a minimum of 5+ Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Must have hands-on experience with MSP/VMS-based Direct Clients.
