Job Description

  • Manage and grow business in high-volume WPC markets by developing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, fabricators, and influencers to generate specifications and repeat business.
  • Plan and execute monthly primary sales targets, ensuring achievement through effective market coverage and dealer engagement.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and improve product visibility.
  • Support channel partners with product training, promotions, and technical guidance to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatches, and collections.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to improve market penetration.
  • Must be from Building Material Industry.
