Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager - Home Loan & Mortgage Loan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets for Home Loans and Mortgage Loans.
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with partners, and drive sales growth.
3. Team Management: Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets and expand the loan portfolio.
5. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in Home Loan and Mortgage Loan sales.
2. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

1. Home Loan and Mortgage Loan Experience: Proven experience in selling Home Loans and Mortgage Loans, with a strong understanding of product features and benefits.
