We are looking for a Zoho One Administrator / Zoho Solutions Specialist who will own, customize, and scale our Zoho One ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring clean data, efficient workflows, reliable reporting, and seamless integrations across CRM, Recruit, and Zoho's marketing and operations tools.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Leadership to convert business requirements into automated, measurable, and scalable Zoho solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho One Administration & Customization
- Own and manage Zoho One across CRM, Recruit, Campaigns, Analytics, Desk, Forms, Flow, and other relevant apps
- Customize modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, validation rules, and user permissions
- Build and maintain workflow automations to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
Reporting & Dashboards
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for leadership, sales, marketing, and operations
- Ensure data consistency between Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and other connected tools
- Translate business KPIs into actionable Zoho dashboards
Integrations & Automation
- Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (email platforms, marketing tools, accounting, project management, etc.)
- Use Zoho Flow, APIs, webhooks, and Deluge scripting to automate cross-platform processes
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations
Data Hygiene & Governance
- Ensure CRM hygiene: de-duplication, field discipline, lifecycle stages, and data standards
- Create and enforce processes for clean lead, account, contact, and candidate data
- Perform regular audits to maintain system health and accuracy
Process Optimization
- Understand business workflows and recommend Zoho-native or automated solutions
- Improve lead management, recruitment pipelines, campaign tracking, and internal reporting
- Act as the internal Zoho consultant for teams
Support & Enablement
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal users
- Create SOPs and documentation for Zoho workflows and best practices
- Coordinate with Zoho support or implementation partners when required
