Job Description

Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations using HCM Extract, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)and REST APIs
Data Handling: Extract, transform, and load employee data including joiners, movers, and leavers from Oracle HCM to downstream systems like Fusion Finance
Customisation: Use Fast Formula and OTBI to customise HR functionalities and generate business intelligence reports
Compliance & Support: Ensure HR systems meet compliance standards and provide technical support for onboarding and maintenance
Automation: Implement automation tools such as DS.030 configuration extractor and Gen AI-powered patch analysis to reduce manual effort.
Oracle Cloud HCM (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management)
Oracle Fusion HCM (HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fast Formula)
HDL and Web Services for data exchange
PL/SQL, BI Publisher.
Experience with REST APIs and XML data formats
Familiarity with SFTP and PGP for secure data transfer
