Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day activities, schedules, and communications. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO's calendar, meeting requests, reminders, travel itineraries, and personal tasks
  • Assist in the daily operations of the CEO's office with smooth execution of administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to streamline communication and ensure follow-ups
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports and business dashboards to support decision-making
  • Conduct departmental follow-ups to track progress on ongoing tasks and key initiatives
  • Draft and circulate accurate minutes of meetings in a timely manner
  • Maintain meeting trackers across stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of action items
  • Follow up regularly with internal and external stakeholders for reporting and accountability
  • Maintain confidentiality in all sensitive matters related to the CEO's office
  • Support the CEO in high-priority tasks and negotiations as needed
