Quick Summary of the Role

We're looking for a YouTube Manager for our Josh Talks Team to drive the growth of our Josh Talks Channel You will work with people across content, marketing, and production teams to skyrocket the growth of Channels.

Key Responsibilities

As a Youtube Manager you will:

• Manage the YouTube channel's day-to-day operations, including uploading, optimizing metadata, and scheduling videos.
• Conduct regular analytics reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube policies, guidelines, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
• Implement audience engagement strategies to foster a sense of community, encourage interaction, and respond to viewer feedback.
• Make data-driven decisions for growth in views and subscribers of Josh Talks YouTube channel.
• Develop and maintain the channel's brand identity and voice, ensuring consistency across all videos.
• Monitor industry trends, audience preferences, and YouTube best practices to optimize content strategy and drive growth.
• Research on what content is performing well on YouTube as well as other platforms to strategize on the content requirement.
• Grow old as well as new videos on the channels.
• Ensure all operational requirements of the channels are met.
• Establish and execute a monthly growth plan, roadmap, and reporting for the above.
• Support in planning the content strategy of each channel, factoring in data from previously released videos, to achieve breakneck growth in KPIs.
• Support with data requirements of leadership on a periodic basis.
