Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Content Manager-Youtube (Content Reach) at Dazzel Digital. The Content Manager will be tasked with managing and optimizing the company's YouTube channel to maximize reach and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating video content strategies, planning and executing campaigns, analyzing viewer metrics, optimizing video titles and descriptions, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to promote videos and monitoring audience engagement will also be critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Video Content Research , Strategy, Content Planning, and Campaign Management.
  • Proficiency in YouTube SEO, Analytics, and optimizing video titles, descriptions, and tags for maximum visibility.
  • Experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing principles.
  • Proficient in Editing, Proofreading, and Content Auditing to ensure video quality and consistency.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with YouTube trends, audience engagement strategies, and competitive market analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in content management for video platforms and familiarity with global audience engagement is a plus.
