About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven YouTube Growth Manager / YouTube Strategist to scale our YouTube channel and turn content into a consistent lead generation engine. This role requires a strong understanding of YouTube SEO, content strategy, and audience growth, along with a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy aligned with business goals
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Plan and manage a content calendar (long-form videos + Shorts)
- Optimize videos for YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails)
- Analyze performance using YouTube Analytics (CTR, watch time, retention, conversions)
- Collaborate with editors and designers to create high-performing thumbnails and hooks
- Run A/B tests on titles, thumbnails, and formats to improve performance
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies
- Repurpose content across platforms (Shorts, Reels, etc.)
- Drive subscriber growth, engagement, and lead generation
Requirements
- Proven experience in growing YouTube channels (organic growth & optimization)
- Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and algorithm behavior
- Hands-on experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, YouTube Analytics, Google Trends
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Experience in content planning and storytelling for YouTube
- Understanding of lead generation through content is a plus
- Experience with Meta Ads / performance marketing is an added advantage
