Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can drive creator-led growth across our brands through influencer partnerships, UGC production, and performance marketing. This role blends creativity, coordination, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and UGC talent aligned with our target audience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators for continuous content production.
  • Manage creator relationships, negotiations, timelines, briefs, and deliverables.
  • Study creator behavior, content styles, audience engagement patterns, and emerging trends.
  • Develop ad concepts, hooks, and script outlines for creators to execute naturally.
  • Work directly with writers/content teams to convert ideas into strong creator-ready scripts.
  • Guide creators to adapt scripts in their own voice while preserving campaign objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end UGC production flow, ensuring a steady volume of fresh content each week.
  • Coordinate revisions, reshoots, approvals, and asset organization.
  • Launch and manage Meta ads campaigns using creator/UGC content.
  • Run A/B tests across hooks, creatives, formats, copy, and audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, retention signals, etc.).
  • Identify winning ad patterns and scale high-performing creatives quickly.
  • Continuously iterate creative strategy based on data and consumer response.
  • Support growth initiatives for multiple brands simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and internet culture.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social growth campaigns.
  • Good instinct for ad creatives, hooks, storytelling, and viral content.
  • Organized operator who can manage multiple creators and content pipelines.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort reading campaign data.
  • Fast-moving, resourceful, and execution-oriented.

Bonus:

  • Experience with D2C, consumer apps, social/community brands, or regional audiences.
  • Network of creators/influencers.
  • Copywriting or scriptwriting ability.
