Role Description

The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The individual will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote life insurance plans and solutions, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored products. Responsibilities will include generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with company standards. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve organizational goals is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and sales pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with financial products or insurance industry concepts is a plus.
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or financial services is advantageous but not required.
