Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site / Work From Home position based in Kochi. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and presenting solutions effectively. You will also follow up on sales opportunities, exceed sales targets, and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and match them to appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools to track progress
  • Highly organized with time-management capabilities
  • Good understanding of the education industry, particularly in Finance, Web3, Start-ups, or Creator-focused areas, is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
