Role Description
This is a contract role for a Workday HCM Consultan, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Workday HCM Consultant will assist clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand their HR and business needs, developing tailored solutions, guiding end-users in adopting Workday solutions, and performing troubleshooting as necessary. The role also involves contributing to process improvements and providing consulting services to enhance employee benefits and HR efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Around 8 years of experience in leading the design, development and implementation of Workday HCM(Technical/Functional)
- Good experience in Workday integration, Workday report development, testing and validation
- Leads and manages the functional process/ design, release management
- Strong expertise in Design and implementation requirements in the Workday HCM solutionStrong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
