Job Title: Senior Workday Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Pan India

Job Summary:
We are looking for a certified Workday Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be critical in transforming HR processes and ensuring successful implementations across various Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and configuration sessions with clients for Workday HCM and related modules.
- Configure and deploy Workday solutions in areas including Core HCM, Security, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into effective system configurations.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation to client end-users.
Qualifications & Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of functional experience with Workday.
- Active Workday Certification in one or more modules is mandatory.
- Proven experience in at least two end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
- Deep functional knowledge of Workday modules: Core HCM, Security, Core & Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Reporting, etc.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Prism Analytics.
- Understanding of multiple industries.
